I had no problems with dealing with Michael. He was very helpful in the process. The only reason that this is 4 stars instead of 5 is after the decision to purchase was made I has a 45+ minute wait to get into the Finance office. That was the only problem I had with my 2 trips to the dealer. They were very professional.

It was an easy appointment, just my 1st tire rotation,it took about 50 min.then it was nice to set up next appointment before leaving.Everyone was pleasant.

I brought my out of warranty 2015 Lexus LX570 to Atlantic Toyota for the first time yesterday. I usually get the car serviced at IRA Lexus but IRA quoted me $3500 for an alignment, saying they will need to spend 10 hours to cut off my lower control arms because “they are probably seized.” Puzzled, I brought my car to my independent mechanic. He said that he couldn’t fix the issue because he did not have the proper equipment, and that I would need to find a shop that had a Hunter Road Force wheel balancer. I looked on the Hunter website and it listed Atlantic Toyota as a shop that had this product. To be fair, before I brought my car to Atlantic Toyota I called IRA Lexus to see if they had this Road Force balancer. They could not tell me if they do or not. Fed up with IRA, I then made an appointment with Atlantic Toyota. I brought the car in, checked in with Donny the service advisor, and it was friendly and straightforward. I sat in the waiting room and had a couple of cups of their Colombian coffee. No Starbucks machine, no purified water, no fancy juices, muffins, and snacks like I see at Lexus… But guess what? I was out of there that same afternoon with a car that drove straight, for $170! They aligned my car and balanced all 4 wheels on their Road Force balancer for that price. I happen to think it is unbelievable service. BIG THANKS TO ATLANTIC TOYOTA AND DONNY! Great friendly service, great price!

I also want to comment on the service I received from Manny. I bought a new car. He assisted me in picking out my car. Educated me as to all of the standard equipment in the car. Also assisted me in setting up my phone and radio. Most importantly with the finance and discussing all the in’s and outs of all the information I needed to know. So helpful, professional and great to work with. I truly appreciate the time Manny took to work with me to buy my new car. I’m very pleased with my new vehicle.
