November 20th brake job spongy and loose very concerned as brake pedal must be depressed almost to the floor before engagement. Relay this to Rick Didonato It was Carmen who assisted me in rectifying this problem with my brakes and she assured that they were working correctly by having a technician take a brief ride with me.
