My great experience started with Rick. He was very pleasant to talk to and he explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He made things very easy for us. Told us to help ourselves to coffee while we waited. He notified us when our car inspection was completed which was under an hour. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience 😄
