Whenever I walk into the service center, every time, I'm greeted by Rick. He makes it so easy, he is super personable and even reaches out to me to let me know when my Highlander is ready. Over the past five years, I have observed Rick helping others as well. He is a hard worker, super respectful, knowledgeable and kind. They don't make them like Rick anymore. :) Don't ever let him retire!!
