Had a great experience with Nelson at Atlantic Lynn. Helped me and my father get a good deal on a brand new car, very easy going down to earth guy. Talked us through prices for every car we were interested in, let us test drive them all. He’s a salesman that cares about his clients and wants to truly take care of you. Nelson Medrano sold me a 2026 Camry a few days and he was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions!! He even came to my house after work and went over all the controls with me. I had to go over to Atlantic Toyota again today with another issue that was not addressed in the owner's manual, which is a feature that is turned off by default from the factory. Nelson spoke to someone in the service department and they will turn the feature on for me. Thank you, Nelson. BTW, Nelson makes a nice cup of tea!

I am glad I sifted through the yelp low star rating noise. I am new to the area and looking for a Toyota service center. I went to Atlantic Toyota just to check out the facility and talk to a service advisor. Carmen Zelaya is truly a gem. She enthusiastically answered my questions despite not committing to getting my vehicle serviced today. As I was walking out of the service center, I made a U turn and got my vehicle serviced. My positive contact with Carmen was the reason why I have chosen Atlantic Toyota for my vehicle service needs.

Best customer and mechanic services. I dropped off my car, thought it was some kind of fluids being low. It ended up it was the transmission. Rick promptly informed me of the condition, placed an order for replacement. I dropped off my car Thursday my midday and it was all ready to be picked up by 930am next Tuesday morning. Easy to schedule service, Easy checkin, Quick Service and got my 2 recalls taken care of. No fuss. Got a call before noon that it was done. Doesn't get better than that!
